This week's focus is health and well-being.   It is  Day 14 in our Season of Affirmations.  and today's affirmation  is "I Forgive Myself For All Past Mistakes."

Whether you believe it or not, forgiveness can play an important role in your mental and physical health.  Think about the guilt and shame you  feel when you know that you've done something that is out of character.  Those feelings can lead to anxiety and depression, and some psychology experts even say you can risk increasing your blood pressure and your cholesterol levels.  The key to controlling these negative outcomes is to start practicing self-forgiveness.  Check out the episode titled "3 Ways To Start Forgiving Yourself And Improve Your Health" to get some strategies. 

Just remember that even though we are all imperfect people, being imperfect does not make us any less amazing!
